Quick solutions to the most frequent problems users encounter

Wallet Fails to Start

This issue is often related to system compatibility, corrupted local data, or an outdated application version. Make sure your operating system meets the requirements, then try restarting or reinstalling the wallet to restore a clean setup.

Balance Does Not Appear After Launch

If your balance is not visible, the wallet may still be connecting to the Ethereum Classic network. This can also happen if the selected address is different from the one that holds funds. Allow some time for synchronization and verify the active address.

Transactions Stay Pending

Pending transactions are usually caused by low gas prices or temporary network congestion. In such cases, the transaction may take longer to confirm or require resending with a higher fee.

Wallet Restore Completes but Shows No Activity

After restoring a wallet from a recovery phrase, the application may need time to scan the blockchain for past transactions. Make sure the correct network is selected and allow the wallet to finish loading historical data.

Network Connection Is Unstable

The wallet relies on network nodes to fetch data and broadcast transactions. Temporary connection issues, slow responses from public RPC endpoints, or local network restrictions can affect performance. Switching to a different RPC endpoint or checking your network connection may help.
